By accessing or using Astera, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Astera is a personal cosmic companion that provides astrological readings, tarot guidance, journaling, and reflective prompts. It uses astronomical calculations and AI-generated interpretive content to offer a personalized experience based on your birth data.

Astera is not a substitute for professional astrological consultation, therapy, counseling, medical advice, legal advice, or financial guidance. Content generated by Astera is reflective and interpretive — it is not diagnostic, prescriptive, or predictive. If you are in crisis, please contact a mental health professional or crisis hotline.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Astera (16 in the European Union). By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

Astera offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through the Settings screen — your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Prices are listed at the time of purchase and may change with notice.

You own your content. Oracle threads, journal entries, card readings, and any text you create within Astera belong to you. We do not claim ownership of your content. We use your data only to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Astera's design, code, brand, and generated interpretive content are the property of Paimon's Codex LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the service without permission.

Astera is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content generated by the service. Astronomical calculations are based on NASA JPL ephemeris data and the Swiss Ephemeris library, but interpretive content is AI-generated and should not be relied upon for important life decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paimon's Codex LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Astera.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Astera shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in a class action.

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings screen. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
